On the afternoon of July 31, 2024, Shaanxi Tiandi Renhe Pharmaceutical held a master-apprentice ceremony for new employees. The event was filled with both warmth and solemnity, creating a strong sense of occasion.

At the ceremony, Mr. Qiang Jianhua, the Group’s Deputy General Manager, announced the list of mentor-apprentice pairs.

During the ceremony, Eleven newly hired apprentices faced their respective mentors, each holding a cup of tea. They bowed respectfully and performed the tea ceremony to express their gratitude. The mentors accepted the tea and offered words of encouragement along with their expectations for the new apprentices. Concurrently, each mentor also bestowed a personally signed employee handbook upon the apprentices, emphasizing the importance of adhering to company policies and regulations, maintaining high standards of self-discipline, and striving for excellence in their respective roles. 

 A cup of tea symbolizes respect; an act of tribute embodies hope. By embracing this traditional yet heartwarming master-apprentice ceremony, the company aims to establish a platform for open communication between mentors and apprentices.
